1- Simple is good البسـاطه هى الأحسن
Cramming too much into each page creates confusion. Having to scan through rows of links and images to find what you are looking for can be frustrating.
الازدحام اكثر من الازم فى كل صفحه يخلق حاله من الارتباك. الفحص من خلال صفوف من الروابط و الصور لتجد ما تبحث عنه يمكن ان يكون محبطا
2- Design is paramount التصميـم هو الأساس
When you meet someone for the first time, you want to make a good first impression. The same should be true for your Website. The overall look and feel of the site is the first thing your visitors notice.
عندما تقابل شخص لأول مرة ، تريد أن تجعل اول انطباع لديه جيد. ويجب أن ينطبق أيضا على على موقع الويب الخاص بك
3- Navigation should be intuitive التنقل بين الصفحات يجب ان يكون بديهى
Pages should be well-organized with a top-down design so that people can easily browse to where they want to go on your site.
الصفحات ينبغي أن تكون منظمة تنظيما جيدا من أعلى إلى أسفل التصميم بحيث يستطيع الناس بسهولة الانتقال إلى المكان الذي يريدون الذهاب إليه على موقعك
4- Consistency is the key التناسق هو المفتاح
Visitors shouldn't feel like they have been sent to a completely different Web site each time they open a new page on your site. Most people are accustomed to familiar
layouts within Web sites. Consistency among the pages on your site makes navigation a much easier task.
لا يجب أن يشعر الزائر وكأنه قد أرسل إلى موقع ويب مختلف في كل مرة يفتح صفحة جديدة على موقعك معظم الناس اعتادوا على تخطيطات مألوفة داخل المواقع على شبكة الإنترنت. التناسق بين صفحات موقعك يجعل التنقل بين صفحاته أسهل بكثير
5- Color choice is critical أختيار الألوان خطيـر
Color selection can make or break a site. Most of us know what it is like to visit a site that is just painful to look at. When choosing colors, it is important to be consistent,
choose colors that don't clash, and make sure there is a strong contrast between the text and the background. White is the safest choice for a background color, but other
colors can work.
أختيار الألوان يمكن ان يصنع او يكسر الموقع فجميعنا يعرف كيف يكون الانطباع عندما نزور موقع ذو الوان مرهقه للعين. عند أختيار الألوان مهم جدا ان تكون متناسقه. كذلك يجب ان يكون هناك تباين واضح بين لون الكلام و لون الخلفيه. اللون الابيض هو الأكثر امان للخلفيه و لكن باقى الالوان قد تعمل ايضا.
6- Don't forget the content لا تنسى المحتـوى
Even if your site has an amazing design, it will not be productive if it lacks content. There needs to be enough content on each page to make visiting it worthwhile.
حتى لو كان لديك موقع لديه تصميم مذهل ، فإنه لن يكون مربح إذا كان يفتقر إلى المضمون. يجب أن يكون هناك ما يكفي من المحتوى فى كل صفحة لجعل الأمر يستحق العناء بالنسبه للزائر.
7- Make use of the full browser window الاستفادة من نافذة المتصفح بالكامل
People with large monitors typically don't like seeing all the content of a Web page crammed into one tenth of their screen. Most sites created by Sharpened Productions scale to fill the browser window so that people with monitors of all sizes can make the most out of their screen real estate. If you need to use a fixed size, you can count on most visitors using a resolution of at least 1024x768.
العاملين على شاشات كبيرة الحجم لا يحبون ان يروا محتوى الصفحه مجمع فى عشر حجم شاشتهم. معظم المواقع مصممه بحيث تستطيع ان تملأ شاشات المستخدمين بمختلف احجامها. اذا كنت تريد ان تستخدم حجم ثابت لموقعك يجب ان تعرف ما هو الحجم الذى يستخدمه معظم زوارك و هو فى الأغلب 1024*768
8- Check the site for errors التحقق من الأخطاء
A wonderful piece of work can be greatly tarnished by a single small error. For websites, this includes typos, broken links, and images that do not show up correctly.
إن قطعة رائعة من العمل تكون قد شوهت كثيرا من خطأ واحد صغير. لمواقع الويب هذا يشمل الأخطاء المطبعية ، الوصلات مقطوعة ، والصور التي لا تظهر بشكل صحيح
9- Give visitors a reason to return أعط الزائر سببا للعوده
One of the most important rules is unless a site can be easily maintained, and have new, fresh content regularly appear there, visitors won't return to it. While appearance is obviously important, nothing guarantees a site's success more than high quality, up-to-date content.
واحده من اهم القواعد هى اذا لم يكن الموقع سهل فى صيانته و يحتوى على معلوملت جديده تظهر باستمرار فالزوار لن يرجعوا اليه مره اخرى. ان كان المظهر فى غايه الأهميه و لكن لا شىء يضمن نجاح الموقع اكثر من جودة و تجديد المحتوى
10- Purpose should be clear الهدف يجب ان يكون واضح
It should only take a matter of seconds for visitors to understand what a particular site does and whether or not it can be of use to them.
ينبغى ان يفهم الزوار الهدف من الموقع بعد بضع ثوان من فتحه و كذلك بماذا يفيدهم هذا الموقع و اذا كانوا يحتاجونه ام لا
11- Don't write a novel لا تكتب روايات
The content of Web pages needs to be written in a specific way - short, jargon-free and to the point. Visitors to a Web site don't read online content the same way that they read the pages of a book. If the information on the Web page doesn't grab them
immediately, and doesn't continue to hold their attention, they'll click their mouse and move to a different site usually a competitor site of your client.
محتوى صفحات الويب يحتاج إلى أن يكتب بطريقة معينة -- باختصار ، بلغة خالية من المصطلحات و مهدفه. زوار المواقع لا يقروا المحتوى على شبكة الإنترنت بنفس الطريقة التي كانت تقرأ صفحات الكتاب. إذا كانت المعلومات على صفحة ويب فاذا كانت المعلومات لم تشدهم و لم تستحوز على انتباههم فى الحال فسوف يضغطون على الفاره لينتقلوا الى موقع اخر و غالبا ما سيكون موقع منافس
